About Orbis Education and Care
I work for a Social Care company, we provide residential service to support people with exceptional support need around Autism or SEMH needs and we promote independence for these individuals to live every day to the full.
About Craig's team
I am one of 3 Talent Partners there are Scott and Rebekah that I work with and then our to Compliance Co-ordinators Fiona and Lyn as a team we recruit all the support workers and Learning support assistants the company needs.
The journey
I started just as a recruiter for the company and took a step up into my new role this year. And while doing all this been battling mental health issues and weight issues which my fitness journey has started and has helped to get others to join in.
