My professional journey spans over 20 years in the technology industry, from telecommunications with global organisations such as Vodafone, EE and BT, through to enterprise software, knowledge management, intelligent automation, procurement technology and artificial intelligence. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with exceptional people, building businesses, scaling operations and leading teams across international markets. Each chapter has brought new challenges, opportunities and lessons that have shaped the leader I am today. One of the defining moments of my career came early in my journey in telecommunications, when I was fortunate enough to have an exceptional mentor who saw potential in me before I fully recognised it myself. Someone who believed in me, challenged me, invested their time and gave me the confidence to push beyond what I thought was possible. That belief had a lasting impact on my career and helped shape not only the professional I became, but also the leader I aspire to be today. It’s something I’ve never forgotten. Having someone believe in you can change the direction of your life, and I’ve always tried to carry that lesson forward by mentoring others, creating opportunities and recognising potential in people who may not yet see it in themselves. My passion has always been about more than technology or sales. It’s about people, building relationships, challenging established thinking and helping organisations realise their potential. I’ve learned that sustainable success comes from surrounding yourself with talented individuals, giving them the confidence to succeed and creating a culture where ambition, accountability and collaboration thrive.
